DELIVERY TIME (1 + 2)
Shipping times consist of two stages:
- Processing time (1-2 business days): Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging
- Shipping time (approximately 5-7 business days): The time it takes from our international shipping center to your delivery address in the USA.
All shipping times exclude customs and potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day, there may be slight delays.
What happens in the case of a damaged product or lost shipment?
