We’re Here to Help with Your Returns and Exchanges

We hope you’re pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for a different size. Here’s how it works:

Returns

You can request a return for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return request has been approved, the return package must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

How to Start a Return

Step 1 – Submit Your Return Request

Please submit your return request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal:

Step 2 – Prepare Your Return Shipment

Once your return request has been submitted, please prepare your return shipment and send your tracking number together with the shipping carrier to:

support@doletics.com

Important: Please do not ship your return before receiving confirmation from our team. All returns must first be registered and approved by our support team.

Step 3 – Ship Your Return

Once your return has been approved by our support team, you may ship your package to the following return address:

Important: The return address must be written exactly as shown above, including the code “USR0087”. Returns without the code “USR0087” are considered invalid and may not be processed.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.

Important Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
They should be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear or alterations.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approval: If the return meets our conditions, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

We’ll notify you by email when your refund is processed. If you don’t see the refund within 15 business days after our confirmation, please contact us at support@doletics.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at support@doletics.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that:

Show signs of wear, washing, or alterations.
Are not in their original packaging.

Special Exceptions

In rare cases, we may send a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. If the replacement also doesn’t work out, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund.

We want your experience with Doletics to be as smooth and supportive as our garments. If you have any questions, our customer service team is always here to assist!

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we offer two options:

Free Reshipment: We’re happy to send your order again at no extra cost. Simply confirm your correct shipping address, and we’ll arrange for the package to be shipped again.

Refund: If you prefer not to receive the package, we can issue a refund once it arrives at our warehouse.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused upon delivery and automatically returned to our warehouse, we offer two options:

Reshipment: We’re happy to resend your order at no additional cost. Simply confirm your shipping address, and we’ll arrange for the package to be shipped again.

Refund: If you prefer not to receive the package, we can issue a refund once it arrives at our warehouse. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping costs.
